These Terms of Use ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Nectargpt AI Assistant Chrome Extension ("Extension") provided by sphrex labs ("Sphrex labs," "we," or "us"). By accessing or using the Extension, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the Extension. 1. License Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Extension solely for personal or internal business purposes. 2. User Obligations 2.1. Acceptable Use: You agree to use the Extension in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and this Agreement. You shall not use the Extension for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information associated with the Extension. 2.2. Prohibited Conduct: You shall not engage in any conduct that could disable, impair, or interfere with the functioning or security of the Extension or its related systems. You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Extension, or any other systems or networks connected to the Extension. 3. Intellectual Property Rights 3.1. Ownership: The Extension, including all related intellectual property rights, is and shall remain the exclusive property of the Sphrex labs. This Agreement does not convey any right or interest in the Extension other than the limited license granted herein. 3.2. Restrictions: You shall not, directly or indirectly, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or underlying ideas or algorithms of the Extension. You shall not modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Extension. 4. Disclaimer of Warranty The Extension is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The Sphrex labs does not warrant that the Extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components. You use the Extension at your own discretion and risk. 5. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Sphrex labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Extension, even if the Sphrex labs has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 6. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Sphrex labs and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Extension or any violation of this Agreement. 7. Modifications to the Extension and Agreement The Sphrex labs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Extension, or any part thereof, at any time without notice. We may also update or modify this Agreement from time to time. Your continued use of the Extension after any modifications to this Agreement shall constitute your acceptance of the revised terms. 8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be brought in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction], and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts. 9.
